Need help unblocking Infomir Mag 250 box.

I've tried flashing the box with USB bootstrap and by direct download/update from the web, neither unblocked the box.

Also tried to change the portal/portal name but only portal that is coming up that I can change is the DHCP portal, but not the name. Is this the one I need to try changing?

Any other ways to get the box working that I haven't tried so far? Thanks

Have you tried resetting the box?

Unplug the mag box, and Press and hold the menu button, bottom left of the circle (3 bars on the btn) while you turn on the box.

A blue screen will come on with the box settings,

Make a note of the settings before your reset the box, espically the video and Nand1 or Nand 2, you need to put those setting back when you reset the box.

You should then be able to change stuff around in the settings like portal, region settings, etc.
