Currently run a Mag254 & the IPTV service is great, the VOD service could be better. Currently have a large hosted media server which I run Plex on.
Would it be possible to access that media (obviously not through Plex) on my Mag254 and add it into the existing VideoClub menu? I have SMB shares to my media within the Inner Portal however I would like to merge into the main VideoClub menu if possible for ease of use for my parents.
The process of accessing the Inner Portal and/or switching Portals is too complex for my parents to achieve.
You'd have to run stalker server software on an Ubuntu computer or vm. It's actually very simple to setup, however the mag can only be connected to one server at a time.
You'd be much better off purchasing something like an avov or dreamlink and use their iptv software for iptv and add the plex app
