Every server I've tried so far advertises as having HD channels, I've yet to see one that looks above 480p never mind 1080p. I'd be delighted to find one with solid 720p.

Epic,fab,Smoothstreams, virtually all of them, god knows what providers you've been trying.
Peoples expectations of what they are really getting for their money need to be checked none of these streams are real 720p this is pure marketing by the IPTV providers.
Real 720p requires a far higher quality stream I've used starstreams for a long time and ive never been disappointed but at the same time my expectations have always been realistic, that`s why I subscribe to a satellite provider and I only use starstreams to supplement my viewing
Most stream are 480p upscales but there is true 720p and true 1080 just not looking hard enough
There are iptv services with raw fullhd channels for some non English speaking countries. I wonder when we will have the same for English channels...
FAB! lot's of sports channels. Also in 1080p. And they are Smoothstreams partner so you'll find their streams also!
Got a firestick about a year ago from a company online for this purpose that custom makes them called get-modded.com. No Kodi stuff which is what really sold me on it. I'm not paying someone to install Kodi add ons. Plus it didn't hurt that MLB.tv and NFL GAMEPASS was included too! Haha All the ESPN channels are HD, ESPN2, ESPN3, SEC NETWORK, ACC NETWORK, Buzzer Beater, Longhorn Network, Deportes, plus all the fox sports channels are in HD too. I honestly didn't want to share this but the sports iptv is awesome I had several family members get them too.
Root iptv, best I've used, never once got HD from smooth streams
No IPTV server has real HD streams yes they may say they have 720p or 1080p but it's all about the bitrate if you want real HD streams you need to look at official sources like cable or satellite.

I have a nordic package wich has plenty of HD channels i suspect not ful HD (even though through info it shows 1080 p) but definitaly 1080i and i am shure it looks like terrestrial channel like ITV HD 1080i but sometimes BBC terrestrial shows 1080p Anyway the HD channels on this package compared to terrestrial Uk HD channels are a bit below in quality of the picture but the sound is dolby What is interesting sometimes on the list appear Viasat Ultra HD and looks like promo but is 4k and dolby 5.1 Unfirtunately it plays for few seconds and stops and keep buffering a lot My internet is wired close to 50-60 mb on my tv and even the so called 1980 x1080 channels do buffer Only 720p channels seems more stable but they dont have dolby sound just normal stereo I think even with high speed internet full HD channels over iptv streaming with the today infrastucture is not practible But yes 720p channels with good bitrate should be the norm for the providers to give to us the customers If anyone us interesting should to go to maap iptv and get a trial for nordic package I did subcribe for a month but the thing is most of the time most of HD channels buffer and though must be in their end as I have good internet speed and wired But is interesting becouse the quality and bitrate of HD is something i never seen anywhere else out there
