You really need to upgrade your hardware. You can go all out and get a Nvidia Shield, or cheaper and get a android box running S912 processor.
If you want to get the best IPTV experience then you need a Set Top Box (STB's) like Mag, Dreamlink, Avov, Buzz Tv etc.
Dreamlink T1 plus and Mag's are the favorites. Dreamlink has the edge as it has a Android Operating system.
Do a bit more research and make a choice. 15mb is ok for streaming.
