People who are Tech savy they get hard time to get free iptv m3u, if they find it wont last long and have to update and make changes....etc, for parents best is to take the sub so they dont have to find and update links, it will be more stable and better for them

I definitely agree with wss if it's for old timers get a paid sub that way they won't have to do anything after setup

If you want a service with minimal downtime and setup you will have to pay.
You need to pay.

Reliable and FREE do not go hand in hand if you're tech unsavy. Tell the cheap motherfucker to pay for it, or you're going to deal with nothing but fucking headaches every single time the m3u goes down, because let's face it, he won't know what the fuck to do so he's going to call you to fix it. If he's so cheap/poor he can't afford the 15 or so dollars a month that it costs, then he has more important things to worry about than TV. If he doesn't see the value in it, then this isn't for him at all.
Set him up with a pay service and just tell him to pay you every single month, or whenever his sub expires. Cut his regular cable completely and go with OTA for local tv. After the first week, he'll be thanking you for going this route. I'd suggest either IPGUYS for the working guide and reliability, or epic for the picture quality.
