Why would you want kodi? You should have all movies and shows through your iptv provider.
I use an android box with stb emulator installed and it works great. However I would buy one of the mini keyboard remotes as the remotes that come with the android boxes are not really good. As far as provider I recommend epicstream which I am a reseller for :)
Thanks for all the info so far!
Can anyone comment on Gears tv with Mayfair guide?
Dreamlink T1 and T1 Plus are very good IPTV STBs but they are pretty shitty Android TV devices. Kodi manages to run pretty well but apps like Netflix crash often
I have used Easybox IPTV box for about 7 weeks now. It is working very good so far. Very good picture, and no waiting when you change channels.
The android app is cAlled stb emu pro costs 7.50 and can be downloaded from google play store. Will pm price for epic
The box matters but the main thing to me is the media setup. Kodi just doesn't cut it anymore. You're better off getting a custom box/ firestick with custom apk. Mine's from get-modded.com I'm not paying someone to install Kodi. These guys make their own apk and include premium free IPTV for a year so it's worth purchasing just for the free year of IPTV. All of the ESPN channels and fox sports go channels with perfect quality.
I guess you could just get an Android TV box? Fire TV, Mi Box, Shield. I haven't even felt the need to setup Kodi as the live channels work great and I can just use popcorntime or chromecast for the occasional new release. There's a bunch of Android TV IPTV apps to sift through but TVIrl and Live Channels works best IMO.
