Other than SS and - I think? - Epicstreams, are there any other providers who actually cap everything in house? I realize with the providers who do 9 different nations that's not likely. Just curious though. This place is spammed with shitty resellers that last 6 days. Wondering which services are completely independent or at least largely independent of another provider.

Also, the resellers. Are they hosting the content themselves? Is it A to B to C? Or does a reseller get a key where those channels. Go A to C? If it's the latter a reseller is only as good as their provider. If not, a reseller is only as good as their own infrastructure, right?
