Any sellers that allows access from a MAG256 box and Smart TV (M3U line) - service will not be used concurrently. Otherwise a multi-room option that allows for this requirement. Channels required will be UK/European and Sports and must be a good stable provider - already signed up to a service which on the second day has proved to be a complete let down! Luckily only have a one month subscription.
Fabiptv allows for mag and m3u and they are very reliable for me on my mag 256 and sub can be used on as many devices as you want but not concurrently
flawless give the option of using a mag and M3U at the same time and have ultiroom options ive had no problems with them at all personally and they are always happy to help on their FB pages / support tickets

Epic also has plans available and uses the same provider that fab uses so m3u and mag box use should be available with them as well.
