I am new to iptv's and i bought smoothstreams a couple weeks ago and it has been working great although i do see people saying its going downhill. So besides smoothstreams what other iptvs are reliable and are able to share with atleast 1 other external ip? and are good for nfl and ufc ppvs. As I said I already have smoothstreams. Im just looking to add a 2nd one as a backup
Nobody that i know of. That's basically the major selling point of SS as a service to begin with.
The better question there tends to be how many providers out there actually even offer multiple same IP streams, as the "reliable" provider list tends to narrow down quite a bit from there.
I am pretty sure Streamcenter.tv (Streamtvbox.club before) allows 3 IPs at a time (this was confirmed on their twitter). You can check their site and twitter. Pretty much about sports, and I think their sportscenter area is sourced from SS. Not try it yet to verify that.

I have had a similar setup to yours in the past. I went with SS + Epicstream (/r/Epicstream) . Epicstream has its own streams which is separate from SS streams, so it works to be a good backup.
Although SS is my main sports line, epic is my primary line for day to day content. Epicstream may not meet your requirements for 2 IP'S, they only support 1. You can connect from any IP, but only watch on one at a time.

I have been NTV sub.. for almost 3 years. I use Mag 254 box and the Ultimate Package. www.ntv.mx There are never any problems with them. i'm big sport fan. I like the English Premier League. it's great to be able to see all the games live in HD.
