Help with IPTV

by Flyer_Girl

Hello, I need help with knowing what to do when you purchase an IPTV, your service ends and you cannot contact your seller. I am unable to purchase a new subscription because it is locked to the old seller. His website is gone ! I have another subscription with him as well so i am panicking here. And to make matters worse before the subscription ran out i ordered a different one and never received my URL ! So please people be careful who you order from. Any comments and advice is welcomed. Thank you.

What is the company name? It would be helpful if you named them so at least we all know who to watch out for.

No need to worry about it too much. You will always be able to use your box with one of the MANY other providers out there if you can't get back onto your existing service. In many cases, you might even find something you like better.

Generally speaking though, after a few months the box will be automatically removed from the providers it's hooked up to now.

Also, there are many Canadian resellers and most are not affected by any fires :P In fact, most of the IPTV stuff you see floating around here are all sourced out of Ontario :)

If his website is gone, he probably figured it's not worth it. For the 2 or 3 dollars a reseller will make off of a sub, it's not worth getting the big cable companies knocking on your door :)

But as I said, don't worry, your box can be used.

It's helpful if you let us know the servers you're connecting to in the setup screen. That way we will know which company you're with and what alternatives there are, and in some cases, if we can remove your box from that account to be reused.

Some of us have access to a few different servers that allow up to remove boxes

  • UPDATE * The seller recently sent an email and has refunded me, for which i am grateful, however still be careful with whom you purchase your IPTV from.
