If I remember correctly ruya focused on uk content no? Last I heard from some of my UK peeps is that ruya had some reliability issues and ive since put some of my friends on epic and they love it.
There are lots of options tho for English content tho if thats what you're looking for. If you give us more details about what you need maybe we can give better suggestions
MBOX are still around but have changed there name to Chimera and gone very low profile now. You can DM them on twitter.
