Can anybody suggest a provider with servers in South Africa, (or near by).

I am not looking for South African content but rather a service that has servers nearby.

I am using FabIptv but it buffers sometimes and I think it is because they don't have a presence in Africa at all and the streams have to travel halfway around the world.
