My speed is exactly the same and i never struggle with hd channels or movies. So yoi should be ok.
Theoretically its enough speed for streaming but its scary borderline. I'd maybe stick to a rock solid, mostly SD service like IPGuys. Uses the least bandwidth and should be stable at that speed. You'll need an STB like a Mag or a Dreamlink though.
