Just got the box today and ended up with exactly the problem they're discussing.
I can't figure it out, but have had exactly the same problem with every single Mag254 box I've tried: I have the exact same EPG issue (ch 0 to 9). Also timeshift doesn't work. Provider had no idea what was wrong.
Next time I'll simply not buy a Mag box.
I know a few people with the 254 and the guide is working perfectly for them same guide as on my 256 now and next and 24hr guide we are all with the same supplier so I would say it's a supplier guide problem are you sure the trials you tried were not resellers of the same iptv service
Which IPTV provider are you using?
