Just got banned from Vaders after I gained them another customer.

I had a 3 month subscription, I am two months into it. A friend of mine wanted to try it so I set them up with my login. After a couple of days he was satisfied and on Wednesday last week he signed up for his own 3 month subscription. Today, I was banned. I guess I misunderstood the 3 simultaneous streams. Anyway, so after gaining them another subscriber I get banned. I opened a ticket with minihosts but I don't hold out much hope.

UPDATE: They restored my account. This was their answer:

"Sorry , There was misunderstanding. You can use your account up to 3 devices with any ip address. Please enjoy!"

I'm giving them up when my sub runs out, their EPL streams have been utter shite so far...they clearly don't have the infrastructure to support all their new customers, a real shame as their service up until now has been pretty good.

Im not sure whether minihosts streams is down..it shows my ip is locked or in kodi vaders it shows "banned". I have a 3 months subacription until March on minihosts. I write them everyday for 3 days on there help desk yet i'm not receiving an answeer even with registered case number on this site. I like vaders but maybe time to change seller as support it not there. Any advise on this matter is apreciated.

Well yeah, you did indeed misunderstand. So that's completely on you.

If you really wanted to account share you should have just bought Smoothstreams.

Sorry friend. No sympathy here. You broke the rules. I hope they reinstate your account but don't be mad at them for your mistake.
