Favourite Channels on Dreamlink T1 plus

Hey people, Hopefully someone can help.

Using Dol2 (gold iptv), when I save my channels under favourites, the list will erase in a day or two.

I've saved favourite channels twice. And after 1-2 days, my favourites were un-favourited somehow (leaving the Favourite channel group section empty).

Is there Anything I'm doing wrong? Maybe pressing a wrong button? Or has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I think it depends on the service your using. I use Fab and its only happened once or twice in a few months but on epic or gold it happens all the time. Super frustrating

The answer provided by swizzcapz is correct. Favorites are stored server side and cannot be changed, only the additions will be saved.
