I am using ACE, streams are stable but it is only 25 fps. Does any provider cover todays games in 50/60 fps?

which IPTV offers every uk channel and also offers 60fps sky sports etc?
smoothstreams i think are the only ones that do 60fps if they even still do i havn't used them in a while.
edit: just checked for you, 50fps still and decent quality :)
