Wondering what people use to watch IPTV. Currently using STB Emulator with the fire TV box. It's OK so far. I'm looking for a cleaner interface. Had a Dreamlink T1 Plus back in April and I'm considering getting it again since the firmware appears to have a come a long way (?). My provider is Epicstream BTW.
I use Emby on Android TV. I like the guide interface. Larger font than most Kodi skins and waaay larger than the illegible Live Channels. Recording and finding recordings is simple too.
Live channels.on a shield with tvirl and Vader's. Ui is far better. Pip, you can change channels by voice, last viewed channels icons. Very good setup.
Smart IPTV app on my LG tv, works pretty well, not the greatest navigation but it's ok.

Have 2 Android Boxes Mini M8S, top dogs with 2Gb Ram, 905 CPU, total waste, kids play on them, can not understand how does anyone watch TV on Android box, 8-10 Channels listed, EPG is a joke or you must click a few buttons to access it, 3-5 seconds to zap channel on Kodi etc etc, but sure Sat Box is different and made for TV, Android is a Phone system, and sure I love it on my Note 5.
TV interface should show channels and EPG, thats it.
SmartIPTV app. works good too in the other room.
Do you happen to know the release date on this?
I am using a computer and Kodi works really well for me.

Two boxes. Matricom G Box Q2 and Dreamlink T1+ with Ace TV Going to purchase a second Dreamlink box as it has been flawless besides EPG having wrong show name on there. Mine loads after scrolling through the channels once. I'm not nit picky on that. Rarely drops my signal. G Box on the other hand is hit and miss with live tv. Though the VOD aspect works on it (as well as Dreamlink) I am just enjoying the full IPTV and Kodi experience on that box over the other. Plus ACE Tv guys are legit and quick to respond.
Xtream codes app on a fire tv box. Streamed all the footie this weekend in FHD with no issues whatsoever.
Nvidia Shield and two Mix boxes with apk's from several providers also have a few tablets with the touchscreen apk's No need for a mag box or STB emulator as the apk's run great

I've tried many combinations of devices and apps, and the one that's worked best for me is Smart IPTV and the Amazon Fire Stick.

Hands down the best IPTV service I have found.
I use the G2STV App on Android from GetIPTV (my provider). However, you need to sideload the app (they have a pretty decent tutorial on how to do it. I am not a techie and it was easy even for me). Pretty clean interface and quite easy to use. Do not know if it is just dedicated to that service though. The app does the job quite well.

There have two options "platinum & gold" platinum has bigger catchup service but a little more expensive but "Gold" service is practically the same line up with bigger VOD and better variety plus it's cheaper......alot cheaper.
Mi box alternating between STBemu, Perfect Player, and Live Channels. Considering getting a dedicated MAG box or Dreamlink to try out.
