Have you contacted them via their ticket support to ask as to why your account is deactivated? Due to the recent issues it's possible your payment and status may have fallen out of sync. After all the system is automated somewhat I'd imagine.
I'm a fabiptv customer since April and only last weekend is the only time I've encountered issues. Other than that, service has been solid for me
They blame there was a service outage because of a DDOS, which is bs, they are over subscribed. They deleted their reddit account and all of their comments too, they now only operate on their private forum so they can moderate what people can say about them. Lag happens because of problems on the users end. its never them.
They're the worst, they think that they're the shit. God forbid you complain about a channel down or something, they call you a twat and tell you to fuck off. There are so many better options.
Had the same problem myself, though to their credit they sorted it within about 10 minutes of me raising a ticket.
Out of interest, when did you pay your invoice? I know they had to do a database restore, im wondering if something funky happened with it.
Not getting into an online rant so don't expect a response, but Fab is a quality provider. Aside from some minor QC issues with US EPG and channnel listings they've been great, and definitely not "over subscribed".
