Yes, I sent them a message through the support center and they resolved it for me. They had to send out new login/password and now it's all set. Did you contact them by opening up a ticket?
Just reinstall fab addon and login with user and pw
Or simply go to your cabinet on fab portal and re-download m3u file then use it with Kodi (simple client i assume).
Change portal to http://meowyapmeow.com:4745/c
