I've heard of this issue before, but I can't remember what the issue was off the top of my head. I'll look around and see if I can find it.
The fact that another mag works on the same tv, same service suggests the issue is not with the service or the encoding of the video, rather a setting inside the mag itself.
Ill spend a few minutes and look around and see what I can come up with.
