I'm from the US and a lot of these guys claim to have USA channels but they end up being uk feeds or Canadian feeds. So far FABiptv has really come through for me for US programming. Just do a lot of trials till you find one that fits you. My secondary sub is ipguys.

I had some laggy issues a couple months ago and they put me on a different server per my request and it's been perfect ever since.
