As others have mentioned, 4k does not exist. Any provider that claims this is lying.
Also if you're new to iptv I recommend checking out the scam warning post I did this weekend over at /r/iptvgta. I was targeting my post mostly to resellers, but it seems a lot of newcomers to the iptv scene are easy targets right now too.
You'll probably have to try a few services before you're happy with one, and unless you have a legit tv plan already, you'll most likely an extra one as a backup as iptv does go down.
Check out EclipseiPTV. Its only up to FHD though.
