It looks like this is possible but can anyone confirm? I want to set up a MAC based IPTV service on Perfect Player on an Android Box. The IPTV service doesn't connect via m3u. Only via its server and they only need your MAC address.
Can anyone confirm if this can be achieved?

Not sure if you've tried it, but STBEmu will let you do that, and you might actually like it better.
If you want to use perfect player you need to have a m3u account.

I am a reseller of ipguys and I'm pretty sure it's never been done. Trust me I'm tired of the old stalker middleware & I wish it was possible. Stb emulator works pretty good on android though!
