You should really explain what you mean by laggy and setup. We can't recommend what to try if we don't know what you're using to run these addons.
Also, Exodus is not an iptv service so it really doesn't apply to this sub.
My first recommendation would be to use ethernet for the stick or get a Fire TV box.
