May I ask what server? This doesn't seem to be a factor for me on my boxes?
Ipguys! It's running on one of those Chinese android vices. I also have the paid version of stb emu.
The way I fixed this problem was set the correct time zone in stbemu. Than go to menu>settings and make a backup of the settings. Than delete and reinstall stbemu. Than use the restore feature to restore your settings.
I've done this on different boxes and providers and it always works
