As others have mentioned, epic has good HD and English content. The downside is vod at this point.
Ipguys is by far hands down the most reliable server of all time, and has a massive vod and collections of TV shows. Most English stations also have catchup of timeshifting. They can be found for about $8 or 9 a month. Many more stations than epic for now. The downside is the quality is dvd quality.
For me though, my goto is epic for the HD even with the other limitations.
Keep your eyes open for Ipguys and epic promos. Last week you could get ipguys for under 4 bucks with your epic sub. Best of both worlds.
That would be us that was offering ipguys last weekend for 3.99 as part of a epic/ipguys promo.
Unfortunately this weekend we are offering epic/express for the same price.
There was actually more interest in ipguys (for obvious reasons) but it's difficult for us to maintain this type of pricing on an ongoing basis (we actually make no money on ipguys) and the large spike of orders ties us up pretty good. It's tough to offer the same level of support that we normally would when this happens.
But keep your eyes open for more similar deals.
Right now we have epic on promo for $11.99 for this weekend :)
