I just signed up for the service yesterday. I hope this isn't normal.
woke up to this on my twitter this morning. 'WE WILL HAVE SOME CHANNELS DOWN FOR ROUGHLY A COUPLE OF HOURS DUE TO SOME MAINTENANCE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE *' Mrs cant find catchup from last night so I presume its ongoing although I checked a couple of HD channels earlier and they were working. This isnt normal. I've been with them for over 3 months on my wife uses it constantly without issue.
I had issues yesterday with buffering. Seems to be okay today. When I emailed them yesterday they tried to blame it on my TV. I don't like that, why not just tell me shit hit the fan and you're having issues?
