I'm pretty new to this but I bought a Dreamlink box the other day and I'm on a trial with WSS. The quality is great but the problem is that every minute or so the steam "refreshes" - almost as if I've just changed to that channel from something else.

I've tried turning on a VPN but that didn't make a difference and the box is connected via Ethernet cable on a stable 200mbps connection.

I don't think it's the provider as WSS gets solid reviews around here.

Does anyone know what the problem is/how to fix it?

I'm using DOL2 if that makes a difference?

Update: A bit of experimentation seems to have solved my problem. Tried using a different provider but encountered the same issue so I changed the connection from Ethernet to a wireless connection and things have completely stabilised. Seems counterintuitive but meh... Just updating in case anyone else faces a similar problem. Cheers for all the replies though
