I am not sure if their email account was stolen but I simply asked about some issues over the weekend . The below is a reply that I got : "Fu$% you" I asked again for explanation, and said that I would post about their stellar customer service on the iptv forums - so I got : "VCaribTV Co 12:36 PM (5 minutes ago) to me Go ahead bitch. Bye. You can't be helped."
How are they staying in business ?
i got the same response asking a question and VCaribTV gave the same type of response.
I am still shocked this guy is in business. I mean just googling vcarib shows he is a tool, the 3rd link from the top says "Warning: VCarib TV is a big joke. Worst Customer Service Experience ..."
This isn't an IPGuys problem, it is specifically a VCaribTV issue and has been detailed at length here as well as on many other IPTV forums.

They stay in business because unaware potential customers sees the low prices they offer and jump in without doing reseach. If you checked reddit as the other said or many other forums you would have seen how bad their customer service is

Oh honey, no . In all seriousness, that guy is fucking ridiculous. He'll probably show up in the comments eventually to tell you it's all your fault for "asking stupid questions" and that everyone else are just assholes that don't know what they're talking about, etc.
Try the Epic subreddit... there was a reseller there offering an IPGuys sub bundled with Epic. I would imagine you could get the IPGuys service separately, too. I believe there are a few posts from him in the sub talking about the bundle, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find.
Good luck! Avoid VCaribe in the future, they have a pretty universally terrible reputation.
Ah yes Vcarib. it's like asking me to explain something to you that should be common sense.
For the record, I'm an asshole, and I hate people who lack common sense. IPGUYS is a good service, but buying it from Vcarib is your problem. I'd suggest getting your MAC released if possible and going with ANYONE else, but someone much more reputable.
VCarib has no shame. Lol. He doesn't hide anything. He just doesn't care.
The only way he will ever go away is if people stop buying from him.
The problem is ipguys does not have or never will have an official email or website.
They are underground. Anyone websites you find related to ipguys are fakes.
Maybe a sticky should be made to address this. I'll see what I can do. At least redditor should be in the know.
There's no reason why any reddit reader should ever have to get "vcarib'd" lol
Don't do business with that VCarib fool, period. Just leave if you have service with them.
