I have a sub with epicstream and use it with my dreamlink t1 plus. I want to use it with my iPad but so far I can't find any app on the iPad that alllows me to edit the MAC address like stb emulator. Any suggestions>?
I tried GSE iptv but there is no option to input my own MAC address. Also I don't want to pay for a 2nd sub with epicstream just to use it for my mobile device.
StbEMU emulates MAG devices - you use a generated MAC to connect to the Stalker portal. GSE (and Perfect Player which is not on App Store, btw) only support m3u links - there is no way you can connect to a Stalker portal via MAC address.
AFAIK, there are no apps on App Store which support the Stalker portal. If you want to use IPTV on your iDevice, you need to use a service which uses m3u links. Ask your reseller if they can provide you the m3u file for Epic.
Edit: I totally forgot about StalkerTV app by Infomir - it is the official client by the manufacturer of the Mag devices; however, the IPTV service needs version 5 of Stalker middleware. You need to check whether Epic uses it.
If your device is jailbeoken maybe try to download kodi. I'm more of a mag user so I don't know much about kodi and what you can do on it.
