i have a MAG 254 with ok2 active service, but when select the portal i got the message: "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider." i had used other service before and never had this issue. on portal 2 i have necro which is working fine. Anybody has this issue before? i tried contacting the support but they cannot help me, rebooting or resetting the device didn't work either. btw i am in Oz
I had the same problem a couple days ago. Somehow, the MAC address on my STB emu profile (that I gave to my IPTv provider) changed on its own. Check to see if your current MAC address is the same as the one you have to your provider.

is MAC address case sensitive? could the provider deactivate/re-activate make any difference ?
Ok2 down for over 24hrs. No response from seller, vapefrog.ca and fixatron. It’s says I’m blocked but also that My subscription is active till September.
