Ok2 down for over 24hrs. No response from seller, vapefrog.ca and fixatron. It’s says I’m blocked but also that I’m subscription is active till September. I’ve checked my MAC address it’s still the same. Other subs on same device still working.

Still some of the channels are constantly not working. RDS2 right now. Most of the time TVA1 or TVA2 is down.
It's like that for more than 3 weeks. Can you fix it?
Hi, The service was down for much of yesterday. It is back now.
Restart your box and it should be back, if not, try to reach seller again.
