Is there an easy way to update an m3u or some sort of service that does it for you?
How often do providers change the m3u?
The reason I ask is because most providers pack hundreds of links into their m3u's for various different countries. I like to clean that up and just have my country specific links.
My providers channels seem to be pretty static. I simply remove the VOD as I use a KODI app for that. I only need to make minor alterations from time to time. For example the UK sports channels all changed recently

I change m3u for my customers and sort channels for their needs, if there are any changes I will send them new m3u
Noob question: If I have flawless sub, can I modfiy m3u Playlist myself and modify channel categories?
I use xtream editor to remove unwanted channels, reorganize them and get most of the EPG working for UK/US/CA
