Thank you Epicstream for combining all English USA channels and English UK channels together at the start of the program guide. This is a huge improvement to the service. It was a nightmare always having to scroll through the channels to get to the rest of the english channels. Even though they are UK channels.They are still English ,and need to stay exactly where you have them now. This was a deal breaker for a lot of people. The service is almost there. There is still one huge problem though. When you type in a channel number. It tries to go to that channel but the picture doesn.t come up,and when you press the ok button again.It jumps back down to channel 1 and you physically half to open the guide up and physically scroll through all the channels just to get to the desired channel you want. Also a huge problem when you type in the channel it says the channel is in the guide. It goes to a totally different channel. If the guide says cbs reality is channel 117. When you type in 117 ,it should go to that. And last for example when you for example are at tsn channel,and you know darn well tsn2 ,etc is the next channels coming up you should just be able to press the up button one time and you should be at your next channel it shows in the guide aka tsn 2.But instead it jumps you to a totally different channel.And you physically half to open up the guide to get to the next channel which should have been a quick press of the up or down button. Please address these major issues ,and then leave it alone,and you will have a top notch service that all your existing customers will really enjoy ,and keep on supporting ,and new customers will see no flaws and stick around with this service.
