Cool, everytime he tries to login he gets an error saying flawless tv error, he's disabled his BT shield thing, uninstalled and re installed app and still cant get in, anything else to try?
Very odd, the Flawless addon has worked on all Kodi 17 versions including nightlies, seems your pal has other problem.

Anything upto 17.3 works fine i do believe there are problems with 17.4 so dont use that
