NTV.MX did anyone received the refund?

Hello, I was trying out ntv.mx service for about a day and decided to request a refund. They advertise to offer refunds which will be processed within 30 days. It has been already two weeks and I still have not received a refund. They disabled the iptv service the very second i requested the refund.

I have contacted the customer service and they don't want to say why they would delay a refund. They just keep saying they process it within 30 days. I find it very strange and weird. Complately unprofessional. On top of that, they never sent any confirmation email about canceling the service. They canceled it and did not say a word.

Refund process really takes 1 day to process, shows up on a credit card the next day. There is just no need for 30 days. Is ntv.mx a scam? Did anyone received a refund from them?

I used to have this service 2 years ago and always was shit Of course medweek was fine, come sat 3 pm matches went shit On top of that very expensive

Because everyone was recommending it and it was praised as the best thing that ever happened to IPTV. Seemed like you can't go wrong with them

How was the quality of channels? I remember watching through ipad web browser and while was ok picture rather 720p so imagine on big tv wouldnt be that great, yeah they had a app through kodi

Yeah I heard of NTV.mx a long time ago, but their channel list and price are never good to me. For your case, just simply contact them again to ask them whether they processed your refund or not, and let them know that you will file a dispute with your PP/CC if they still refuse to give any reply.
