I agree with stokedcrf always support the developers, because without them we would not have awsome software, I believe if you buy from Aptoide you will save about 89 cents

It shouldn't have any ads. If you get any ads though something weird is going on.
Alternatively you could also root your device (depending which one it is) and run minminguard which should block all that (exposed installer is needed). There may be other ad blockers as well but minmin seems to be the best
