TheMasterIPTV Experience: Terrible

I have been on a search for Sky Calcio and just a general IPTV that would replace another that I have now. The one now isn't too bad but I would like more stability. I tried Fab for a day and it was OK but no Sky Calcio. So I tried TheMasterIPTV because they advertised that they have all of the Calcio channels which they did but that is where I will end my positive comments about them.

I immediately went to the Calcio channels to test them out and it horrendous. It buffered more than it played and the quality wasn't the best. After trying to watch a few games without buffer, I gave up and tried other stations hoping it was just a Calcio issue. Well it wasn't. Every channel buffered, some more than others.

Finally, I was a bit disappointed that basic US channels like the Food Network were not even 720 but in 540 or somewhere around there.

Please, if anyone can point me in the right direction for a service that has the Sky Calcio channels without buffering, I would love to know.

The MasterIPTV has disappointed me and a friend of mine. I bought a years subscription and my m3u link stopped working 4 months into the subscription. They ignore all requests for an update.

My friend bought 3 months and his service stopped after 2 weeks. Again no response to queries.

Buyer beware.

I would like to provide an update to my previous post. The admin from MasterIPTV did reach out to me to help. I will give credit where credit is due: they acknowledged their mistake and never made any excuses. They fixed my subscription as well as my friend who also had a similar problem. They extended our subscription for free as compensation. All is well that ends well.

You seldom get this with iptv suppliers. Most just duck and dive and never take responsibility after they have your money.

They are awful. Bought a package and the software will not download. They claim their manual instructions are simple to follow. I think they are complicated and they offer you no help at all. They have my money but I cannot access the service. What sort of customer care is that. If you submit a ticket you may get a reply the next day and that's it. I wish I had been more discerning now when choosing a provider but I never thought I would be on the end of such poor support. They show little urgency to sort out your problems. Terrible.

Can somebody tell me what to do? I bought a 6 months subscription on 31/10/2017 they took the money and never delivered, I sent many emails for a refund, no response from them.

The MasterIPTV is so bad . . I dont recommended it at all.. They service not working. . Support team didnt response on any request . . I opend many cases that i want to remove adult channel from my account as the say in faq i dont got any response . .

Also for they un working service . . Also no response
