I have purchased a subscription directly with vaders.tv. Many of my channels (based on the file they supply) link to either broken links entirely (filenames like /.m3u) or the links themselves error (404 not 403). Note that I've even purchased a VPN and used in the local country (Germany) i'm trying to get streams from. But, to no avail.
I've looked EVERYWHERE for support, any place to offer a ticket. I've reached out on Twitter with no response.
Where do you go for vaders.tv support?
how about go to where you bought the subscription? (it's there, I have a sub directly through them as well)
Redownload you m3u? or use the URL rather than an m3u file, if links broken and your using a file, then they wont update.
Submit a ticket or look in your client area, you should be able to use KODI ADDON - GSE app (api) - add a mac for STB emu/Mag - Web browser.
WHat site did you order from?
The browser based vader guide is not that bad either but I would recommend KODI and run the new beta EPG. Smooth Streams has a nice EPG also written by a guy named FOG.

I've had lots of problems this last week with some vaders channels being down and then I go back a few minutes later and they're fine. Then watch for awhile and they slowly start to deteriorate again.
I would run KODI on windows or mac. Then add the vader repo and use the new beta EPG. It works pretty damn good.
