Crap service

by Niight_Hunterr

I bought a 12 month subscription from someone, who used to supply me with my Openbox cline no problems whatsoever, however now on IPTV his service is trash and half the channels are missing most buffer and switch to a different channel whilst not changing channels. I paid in bank transfer aswell, anything I can do to make it better ? I asked about refund and he said he won't do a refund .

Sorry to hear that you've having such a bad experience. There isn't much you can do to press someone into giving you better customer service (Unfortunately, there isn't a Better Business Bureau for IPTV resellers) but hopefully you the issues you are experiencing are temporary and the service improves back to the level that you were used to.

A lot of people are going to chime in and say "This is why you don't purchase a year long subscription" and "Only buy a month or two at a time". I don't necessarily consider that to be a rule of thumb but do make sure you feel out and completely trust your reseller before making any long term commitments

Nothing you can do other than learn from your mistake and move on. Find a better provider, get a trial, if you like it, buy ONE MONTH and enjoy it while it lasts. When that provider starts having problems...and rest assured it will...cut your losses and move on to the next one.

Just take this experience as a valuable lesson. It's the same way I learned. I previously purchased two different IPTV services on long term subscriptions. I initially purchased both of them on 1 month subscriptions, then after one month they both dropped in quality. After that, I've only stuck with one month subscriptions, except for one particular service, and the only reason I had to do a long term with that one provider is because they close subscriptions for most of the year.

As others have said, u for its time to move on, and make sure you don't make the same mistake again. You're not the only one this has happened to.

If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Iptv is cheap enough already, but like everything else, the theory that you get what you pay for still applies.

Hopefully you got a few good months out of it.
