Comedy Central US&UK FS1 TruTV NAT GEO WILD BT Sports Sky Sports Arena & Main Event. I honestly expected more from US and UK channels suprised by how they repeat alot of programs specially on CN Networks my lil bro got bored from how repetitive it is.

HGTV lol, both the Canadian and U.S. programming (is there a HGTV U.K.?!). It's kind of sad, but I spend hours with those programs on.

Seriously tho, I'm pretty over discovery and TLC and all major news channels and reality TV so it's mostly movie channels. Starz, HBO, Showtime, Epix, and now Sky Movies thanks to IPTV. Also really digging some of the movie selections on the OSN movie channels, but unfortunately the quality and reliability is not so good on most providers.

For TV I'd say CNBC for their cheesy docudramas, MeTV a local US network which shows really old TV shows in high quality, and that's about it.
