I think it comes down to support. The service is the same, but some resellers are terrible with responding to questions or issues.
I used to be an Epicstream customer through another provider and they never helped out or replied to my questions. Recently switched to one of the ones listed on Reddit (/r/epicstream) and its NIGHT & DAY difference.
Nope. I resell for 2 providers and we off exact same service. We mostly sell face to face and whitelabel the service. Also resellers who care will provide you better support if your new to IPTV.
