So I am stumped here. I have tried 2 devices (Sony Bravia w/ android, NVIDIA SHield) 2 services Tortua and Ace, 2 VPN's VyprVPN and PIA. I can not get around buffering. My connection is a Comcast gigabit connection. I get buffering to the point it becomes unwatchable every 5-10 seconds. for the same amount of time.
