I have decided I want to go with the IPguys and have contacted all the usual users and Iprocket with no response, which doesnt fill me with confidence. Does anyone have a recommended reseller whom I can contact?

How long ago did you contact IProcket? Was thinking of going w them for a Vaders sub but not if they take forever to respond/activate.
Anyway, try /u/trembz21 He responds quickly as long as it isn't the middle of the night (in Canada somewhere I believe).
How exactly did you contact us? If you wanted to buy a subscription you wouldn't even have to contact us - our sign up process is all handled by our Mission Control system at https://my.iprocket.net/ .
If you have a ticket number or something for me I can see where the miscommunication was.
Personally I probably wouldn't want to signup for a service where I couldn't login and change my info for login, billing, MAC, etc. myself just after trying to get trials setup with most of these resellers.
IProcket is normally very responsive, think Vaders was activated for me within 12 hours at a weekend.
