Well, I am not sure what the problem is here.

This customer has been extremely frustrating to deal with. As far as I know you are not even a real customer and you are just someone making up things. I have offered support and refund, but so far I have gotten no contact or account information to help with the situation. I left comments in the thread, I sent you a PM as well.

On top of that, this customer has been extremely rude. As such I have decided to offer them a FULL refund and delete the account.

While we strive to offer best quality and support to all customers, the continued harassment is not going to be accepted. I am happy to offer you a full refund, all you have to do is send me your username or MAC address via PM.

I am not sure what else I can offer to help this customer. I have kept my cool, offered support, offered refund. What else can I do here?

/u/roismoo7 please send me your username so i can refund you. As it relates to threat, i'm still puzzled to know when and how i did that?. We have tried to contact you on many different occasions, to troubleshoot whatever problems you are facing and i'm glad you made the links with the comments for everyone to see.

I have been with Epic for a little over two weeks now and has my experience been the greatest, "not the best so far because of issues with channels going down and some buffering" but things seem to be getting sorted out. I will tell you the quality of Epics streams are really good and one of the only providers of my four right now that have rock solid Sky channels. The picture quality of the channels are really nice. I will tell you that IPTVBOSS has been the best reseller that I have ever had "out of many". Boss has taken the time to help me through every single problem and question that I have had. The reseller has been nothing but pleasant, courteous, helpful, honest, and nothing but professional. Now will I stay with Epic? I am not sure yet because I have to see if issues get sorted out. If Epic can iron out the problems that they have been experiencing lately I definitely will. I just wanted to speak of my experience with IPTVBOSS because he/she haven't been anything but good to me.
