Reminds me of the time I bought a roku express and bought a starz subscription and could NOT get it to work at all. I could login to the starz website but there was some shit about setting a PIN code and whatever I did it wouldn't accept the code I just set. Furiously tweeted them asking WTF is going on and what the hell QC they have for their signup process. I had just spent all day running around trying to find SOME kind of player so I could watch a few TV shows while on Vacation... in Mexico... Turns out georestrictions were to blame and it was all my bad... though still you'd think they'd have an appropriate error or maybe not let you sign up in the first place.
