Try to first do a reset prior to you uploading edited m3u to siptv.eu (reset is directly below external m3u upload box) Also hit the reload button on the tv's app. May resolve the problem. Little more work but on the SIPTV playlist upload web page you can save the playlist to your pc or other device as a txt. Open in notepad and delete the lines/sections you want out of it. Save as m3u and upload from the internal upload txtbox. If you upload from the external it will auto update from your provider each time you use the app.

Small problem when i transfer my new channels after deleting the unwanted ones , i copied them to my mag via siptv portal but the epg is not working .. do i have to create a new epg for my new selection ... i copied them to my siptv from xtream editor via a txt extension
