Flawless has catchup through their Kodi app which I dont use, but seen it there.

Ace have three days worth of all the main UK channels most of them 'HD' in their KODI app. I say HD but they must transcode it first because its not quite as good as the stream. You can start the catchup while the show is being broadcast which is handy, although i dont know if they all do that. It can be a bit hit an miss tho. My mrs was watching CBB and the C5HD stream didnt work for a few days but overall its a feature she likes and uses quite often.
The catch up on MAG is nice in that you can see which channels it's available on (doesn't always mean it works), and it's easy to get to, but the overall experience isn't great (are you sure you want to exit?).

If looking for UK catchup, the only service I have found with this fully active on nearly every station is Express. They have though, in the past, had some issues with buffering so it's hard to say. I know a lot of people that love express and we keep seeing renewals coming through every month (mostly UK users), but personally I still feel IPGuys is more reliable, but that's just my personal preference.
There are some great providers out there with great quality UK stations, but unfortunately most dont have catchup on.
If you do find a provider with UK and lots of catchup though in your searching, please do provide us with feedback as I have lots of people looking for more UK options!
