Not Epic, no. Try the likes of Crown, Gold, Voodoo, Express - can't say definitively which is best but they are all much better than Epic (who to be fair, have only really recently added this category) for south asian channels.
UK Asian Channels flawless, wsspremium and that other one ripper I think it is .
Not many providers carry UK Asian for some reason.
Also Asian is a pretty wide demand, Chinese is asian.
IPTV express works really well for me.
I've been using Express for over a week now and it's been super stable and has literally a ton more HD and some 4K Indian channels which stream stable without any buffer most of the times. They also have catch-up for most if not all going back a couple of days. This is definitely better than the other services I've used in the past such as MyIndianTv, RocketStreams.TV and WssPremium.
wsspremium is great for Indian channels. Great selection and quality. Also very quick with adding channels requested.
My vote would go to the old Necro servce (Kingbox),
UK Sources for; Star Gold, Zee TV, Sony Max, B4U Movies, Star Plus, Colors, Zee TV, Zee Cinema etc
India Sources: Zee Cinema, B4U Plus, UTV Movies, Colours etc
I would say it depends on what you mean by best as all use a few specific sources. What you want to see is the B4U Movies source, is it UK or APAC, very few have a UK source as Globe charge for it and most try do a cheap job restreaming Yupp.TV WSSPremium has B4U UK source but when I tested, I found it to be slow connecting. Where as Necro was faster, that tells me WSSPremium gets it through a reseller since other channels were faster.
Rapid IPTV also havs many of the channels but again no B4U UK Source, however they have a good source on alot of there UK channels since they capture own
Just checked my sub with Restream and seems to have quite a lot of Indian channels, check the lineup here, just uploaded the INdia Buquet.
Have you considered Jadoo TV? They have many South Asian channels and a monthly subscription to watch all of them through their Android app only costs $5 USD per month.

Nahhh... Epicstreams is alright I guess. Personally, I use this service . Now, to be honest, the first time theses guys were recommended to me, I was skeptical as hell. Checked out the website and it wasn't pretty but I said, what the hell. I guess what got me really interested was the support I got. The chap I spoke to was really good and professional. Very helpful and he got me sorted out. I was really surprised (if you have been using IPTV for a while, you will understand what I am talking about. Most services have shitty support. Heck, some don't even have any support!). Anyway, I started using the service and I became impressed with them. Very stable streams and a consistently improving channel list. Don't get me wrong, sometimes, things do go wrong. However, the support factor kicks in again. They just get it right. Finally, there's this thing they started doing recently, promos and what-not. Really nice way to get great TV on the cheap.
Anyway, I am done typing... Hehehe...

The quality isn't the best (maybe it's like that on Indian TV too?) but I bought a subscription to king-iptv for an Indian guy living near me and he seems happy enough with it although he only uses it a few times a week. king have both the Indian channels and the UK Indian ones + a VOD section for Indian movies/tv.
